Veterinary Clinics Nationwide Now Have Access to Affordable, Experienced Business Services
SOUTH SAINT PAUL, MN--(Marketwired - June 14, 2016) - Veterinary Hospitals Association (VHA), the leading association for veterinary practices in the Midwest, is pleased to announce the expansion of their Business Services division. Veterinary clinics throughout the United States will now have access to the quality, affordable, and experienced professional business services VHA provides.
In 2015, VHA acquired Veterinary Management Services and the portfolio of services they provided, from financial health assessments and human resource management to marketing support and practice evaluations. Jim Poissant, founder of Veterinary Management Services, became VHA's Director of Business Services and has continued to provide assistance to veterinary practices throughout the Midwest. With this national expansion, Poissant and VHA are excited about helping more veterinary practices improve their business models.
"We're very excited about the chance to work with clinics outside our immediate area," said Jim Poissant, Director of VHA Business Services, "and to help them better understand and respond to the practice management issues they face every day. For more than fifteen years, we've worked hard to take the pain out of ownership and management for hundreds of practitioners in the Midwest; now we're ready to bring that expertise and support to hospitals and clinics across the country."
Veterinary clinics outside the Midwest do not need to become members of VHA in order to gain access to VHA Business Services. However, a discounted introductory new member price structure will be offered so clinics nationwide can also take advantage of VHA's product pricing as well.
"When veterinary clinics purchase together, they receive better pricing," states VHA Executive Director Jeff Benson, "Clinics who request business services through VHA won't be required to become members, but they'll be given the option to take full advantage of a membership at a very low price."
