Matt Birk and Kat Perkins Keynote the 12th Annual VHA Expo

SOUTH SAINT PAUL, MN - (October 1, 2017) - Veterinary Hospitals Association (VHA), the leading association for veterinary clinics in the Midwest, is hosting the 12th Annual VHA Expo on Thursday, November 2, 2016 from 8:00 - 4:30pm at the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest in Brooklyn Park, Minn. This one-day event is expected to be visited by nearly 300 veterinarians, practice managers, veterinary technicians, and staff and will be highlighting the newest products, services, and programs in the industry.

This event will be led by celebrity keynote speaker and former NFL player Matt Birk and NBC's The Voice Season 6 finalist Kat Perkins. Other leading industry speakers include:

  • Dr. Travis Saveraid, DVM, DAVCR, leading the Imaging track, covering radiology and diagnostic imaging;
  • Dr. Maragret Duxbury, DVM, DAVCB, discussing behavior topics;
  • Kit Welchlin, professional speaker, sharing communication strategies;
  • Ted Shick, professional speaker, offering tips on customer service and change management;
  • Jim Poissant, Director of Business Services for VHA, discussing inventory management and financial health;
  • and Stephanie Duncan, Communication Coordinator for VHA, introducing Facebook page strategies and advertising opportunities for business.
