Customer Service Representative

Caravan Vet, the Twin Cities’ only full-service veterinary house call practice, is growing and ready to add another Customer Service Representative! The CSR will be based out of our office in St. Louis Park, MN. We are open to applicants seeking either part time or full-time hours. We need an experienced veterinary CSR to answer phones, schedule appointments, fill prescriptions, and generally support the functioning of our awesome mobile practice!

Caravan Vet is an independently owned small business where you can make a difference. Our ideal candidate has exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excels in creative problem-solving, and enjoys working independently. Our practice attracts wonderful clients who care deeply about their pets, follow our recommendations for care, and enjoy forming professional bonds with our staff.  We take the creation of a healthy practice culture seriously and have weekly yoga breaks, bi-monthly educational seminars, and regular check-ins for all staff members.

The pay for this position is $16-19/hour DOE plus benefits for full-time staff that include paid time off, retirement plan contributions, health insurance, annual CE stipend, incentive plan bonuses, uniform allowance and purchase discounts.
