Our Client Service Representatives are the face of our hospital, and we always want to present an enthusiastic, happy and warm welcome to our clients and the pets they happen to bring with them!

Pet Doctors is located near Loring Park and is very community oriented. We strive to provide a fun, cohesive, supportive team environment and will mentor the right motivated candidate toward personal and professional growth. You will be cross trained to assist the technicians and veterinarians in appointments. Our hospital staff of Fear Free Certified Professionals work to create a client and patient experience that is positive and low stress.

Exceptional people skills are a must with experience in customer service required. Experience in the veterinary industry is preferred although not required. Minimum requirements of the candidate:

*Strong computer skills (keyboarding, able to learn complex veterinary software, MS Office)

*Ability to relate well to clients and put their needs first

*Attention to detail

*Ability to handle multiple phone lines and competing demands on your attention while remaining calm – we can’t emphasize enough that we are a very busy clinic!

*An upbeat, positive attitude

*Outgoing, enthusiastic personality
