Qualifications:

• Veterinary Technician certification (or enrollment in a CVT program) is preferred.
• Having an upbeat, positive attitude and as well as excellent attendance and attention to detail.
• Able to lift 35-40 pounds

But here’s what you really need to know: We are not corporate! We are well-staffed, fun to be around and supportive of each other. We are the only non-corporate Fear-Free Certified Practice within a 100-mile radius! We care about animals and medicine, but we also care about culture and work-life balance. The first Friday of every month we close at noon for a staff meeting and free lunch and the rest of the day is yours! We’re known for closing for an entire day for staff field trips such as Fall apple picking. In January 2025 we have a tattoo field trip planned! There’s a lot of free food, candy and caffeine! We are HUGE Harry Potter fans! You are required to take a “Dogwarts” quiz upon arrival to determine which house you belong. Each month our houses compete for cool prizes. Fun fact: many of our staff drive 30 minutes to and from work every day. It’s really worth it!
