With the new year comes fresh opportunities to increase awareness of your veterinary clinic, gain new clients, and grow your business. However, amid a busy veterinary clinic atmosphere, it can be challenging to find the time to research opportunities, draft posts, and launch promotions based on timely opportunities.

Veterinary Hospitals Association has compiled its 2019 Social Media Marketing Calendar for Veterinary Clinics, an all-in-one calendar with special observances, holidays, and events for veterinary clinics.

SOUTH SAINT PAUL, MN – (September 27, 2018) – Veterinary Hospitals Association (VHA), the leading association for veterinary clinics in the Midwest, will be hosting their 13th Annual VHA Expo on Thursday, November 1, 2018 from 8:00-4:40pm at the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest in Brooklyn Park, Minn. This one-day event is expecting to be visited by nearly 300 veterinarians, practice managers, veterinary technicians, and staff and will highlight the newest products, services, and programs in the industry.

This event will be led by top industry speakers, including 2018 Olympic Gold Medalist Jessie Diggins and Animal Planet’s Emergency Vets Dr. Kevin Fitzgerald. Diggins will open the event with her keynote, “Going for Gold: The Team Behind the Team”, explaining how to identify and focus on individual strengths for the greater good of the team. Dr. Fitzgerald will close the event with his keynote, “Practice Makes Perfect”, sharing tips and secrets from his over 32 years in the veterinary industry.

Additional speakers include:

  • Melissa Maddux, DVM, speaking on the practice ownership, student debt, and financial growth;
  • Amy Haarstad, DVM, DACVD, speaking on feline and canine dermatology topics;
  • Stephanie Goldschmidt, BVM&S, DAVDC, speaking on dental anesthesia and analgesia as well as instrumentation;
  • And Becca Osmolak, discussing pet care industry insights and ways to connect with today’s pet owners.
