Veterinary Hospitals Association Announces Partnership with Veterinary Client Engagement Leader, PetDesk

SOUTH SAINT PAUL, MN – (JUNE 22, 2021) – Veterinary Hospitals Association (VHA), a not-for-profit association serving veterinary clinics nationwide, has announced a partnership agreement with PetDesk, an industry leader in veterinary client engagement software.

PetDesk offers veterinary clinics a powerful suite of tools to help improve communication flows, reminders, appointment requests, all while reducing stress on front office staff. Their intuitive and easy-to-use platform is designed to help simplify tasks and save time for both pet owners and veterinary teams, so care comes first for pets.

“PetDesk is a strong solutions provider for veterinary clinics,” said VHA Executive Director Jeff Benson. “In a time when veterinary clinics need processes streamlined and client communication simplified, PetDesk is a trusted partner in meeting those needs while offering superior customer service and pricing to our members.”

VHA members new to PetDesk receive special sign-on offers and members who currently utilize PetDesk’s client communication solutions also receive additional incentives.

Taylor Cavanah, CEO and Co-Founder of PetDesk joined the sentiment, “As many clinics are now reopening, or exploring hybrid models of operation post-pandemic, the key to unlocking the right care for our pets is to ensure that both the relationship, and therefore communication between pet parents and clinics, is the best it can be. PetDesk is excited to partner with VHA, and we look forward to all the great things we can accomplish together.”

I have been a member since 1985 and have appreciated the vision the founders had to provide the private practitioner with a better way to manage their inventory expenses. Almost 30 years later, VHA has expanded their role to include reliable cremation services, daily deliveries, the annual Expo, and many preferred service partners. It is great to have the ability to purchase in smaller quantities at competitive prices and receive a variety of rebates! VHA is a unique organization in the veterinary world. We need to continue our membership and support VHA’s efforts because we are the ultimate winners!
