Otitis in the Dog and Cat
VHA and Royal Canin would like to invite you to join us for a special CE dinner on Wednesday, April 11 at Axel's Bonfire (1910 Premier Drive, Mankato, MN 56001). featuring a program led by Dr. Nicole Heinrich on "Otitis in the Dog and Cat".
This event is open to DVMs and is worth 1 CE credit.
This course will cover primary, predisposing, and perpetuating causes of otitis externa, media, and internal, how to identify these causes and how to address them. Primary causes of otitis discussed will include food allergy, environmental allergy, foreign body, tumors, upper respiratory infections, and primary secretory otitis media.
Perpetuating causes of otitis discussed will include: yeast, Staphylococcus and Pseudomonas, and predisposing causes discussed will include: hyperplasia and ear anatomy.
