Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Hastings)

hastings veterinary clinicWe are looking for a receptionist with a history in animal health and use of veterinary program such as Cornerstone. We are looking for someone who is relaxed, enjoys working with people, is able to multi task. Duties will include such things as handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, invoicing and working closely with the clinic staff and doctors.

Hospital Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
  • Saturday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

20-40 hours per week. Staff are scheduled Saturday's on rotation.

Requirements
