Clinics who receive deliveries at least one day per week from the VHA driver and ancillary Speedee deliveries, the following products will be held until your next scheduled delivery from your VHA driver.
Clinics who receive daily deliveries from the VHA drivers will not have bulk restrictions on their orders.
Clinics who receive deliveries via SpeeDee Delivery will incur delivery fees for bulk items. The delivery fee is passed through from Speedee to your clinic and does not include any markups or additional charges. Charges vary based on the order size and will be reflected on your VHA invoice. Contact your Inside Account Representative for an estimate or any additional questions.
Due to the sensitivity of products that VHA sells and the climate in which we are located, VHA may impose shipping policies for those who receive orders via Speedee. Seasonal shipping policies will be determined by the current and forecasted temperatures and weather conditions. When the temperature is below 0°F, all liquids and/or refrigerated items may not be shipped via Speedee until weather conditions are deemed acceptable.
All refrigerated items WILL NOT be shipped on Fridays during the winter months (roughly November through March) to ensure the product is received in the proper condition.
Current VHA members, please fill out the form below to register a user account on the VHA website. Each account MUST have a unique, valid email address.
Once we have verified your clinic’s VHA membership, you will receive an email confirming your new account and containing your username & password. Everyone is encouraged to register for their own unique username and password rather than a single clinic username & password.
Note: When you first log in to your new account, you will be prompted to reset your password and invited to fill out your profile.
