Need some blog-spiration? Here are some ideas to kickstart your creative writing streak!
Spring Safety: A change in the seasons means that there are new safety alerts your clients need to be aware of. Some spring safety tips you can elaborate on are spring garden dangers, spring cleaning products, car safety, and bites, stings, and allergies.
Poison! March is Poison Safety Month, and it is important to touch on topics like common poisons in the home, signs, and symptoms of poisoning, the poison safety hotline number, and what to do in case of a poison emergency.
Hiking, Biking, and Camping: Outdoor Safety for Pets! Spring means more outdoor time! If your clientele tends to be the outdoorsy type, craft a blog about safety measures they can take if they are bringing their pet along for their outdoor adventures! Include a reminder to keep pets without a strong recall leashed even on the most deserted hiking paths, avoid contact with wild animals, and microchip just in case. Make it even more personal by including a list of pet-friendly local destinations for outdoor activities!
Preparing for Flea, Mosquito, and Tick Season: While we are aware that flea, tick, and heartworm prevention are measures that should be taken all year round, a lot of people choose to stop monthly preventatives during the cold months. Gearing up for warmer weather and the onslaught of the creepy crawlies is a good reminder that preventatives are important and now is the time to get on track with preventatives before an infestation can occur.
Ear Care: Problems and Solutions! Talk about the common ear issues your clinic sees and how to prevent or treat them in honor of International Ear Care Day on the 3rd. Ear cleaning is an important part of pet care, so provide your followers some bonus material by filming a short video on how to clean dog and cat ears!
