Minimum requirements of the candidate:

• Strong computer skills (keyboarding, able to learn complex veterinary software, MS Office)
• Ability to relate well to clients and put their needs first
• Attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple phone lines and competing demands on your attention while remaining calm – we can’t emphasize enough that we are a very busy clinic!
• An upbeat, positive attitude
• Outgoing, enthusiastic – a Golden Retriever personality!

The Veterinary Client Service Representative will be full-time, working about 35 hours / week. Hospital / operating hours are Monday -Friday 7:30am-6pm. No weekends!
