Hourly/Salary Range: $55,000-$90,000

Description:

We are looking for a Practice Manager to join our team! This role is an important member of the team and we are looking for someone to not only support the operation of the hospital but also the human component of our team. We have a strong, supportive team culture at Camden Pet Hospital and the Practice Manager would continue to support that environment while maintaining oversight of HR functions, operations, inventory, cost control, P&L management and team engagement.

Primary responsibilities included, but not limited to:

● Human Resource Responsibilities - Recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary action and termination. Maintain an awareness of labor laws and regulations.

● Provide leadership, coaching and support to all team members

● Ability to collect and interpret data on metrics to determine success of activities

● Exceptional customer service and client complaint resolution

● Maintain and create standard operating procedures

● Inventory Management systems

● Some accounts payables management

● Accounts Receivables oversight

● Team building and engagement

● Technology troubleshooting

● Other duties as assigned

Desired skills/qualifications - but not required

● Experience in the veterinary field

● CVPM Certification

● Experience in Accounting (Accounts Receivable/Payable)

● Experience in Human Resources

● Experience in a clinic setting

● Previous P&L and cost management experience

● Bilingual - specifically Spanish
