2026 VHA Fee Study

The purpose of the VHA Fee Study is to provide price data that clinics may choose to consider as they independently determine their fees. 

To comply with the antitrust laws, clinics must independently determine their fees.    The exchange of fee information among clinics is unlawful. Any agreement among clinics to adhere to the fees shown in the VHA Fee Study, or to coordinate and agree upon fees, is unlawful.  The VHA Fee Study must not be used to facilitate any agreement, understanding, coordination, or exchange of fee information among clinics. The information contained in the VHA Fee Study is presented on an aggregated basis and no recipient should attempt to de-anonymize the VHA Fee Study data. These principles must be strictly followed to avoid antitrust liability, which can be severe.
