Essential Functions:

• Animal handling and restraint
• Gather histories, vital signs, and weights
• Maintain appropriate medical records
• Obtain diagnostic radiographs
• Collect and prepare diagnostic samples
• Anesthesia Monitoring
• Assist in surgery as directed by the veterinarian
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
• Compassionate Client communication and education

Requirements/Qualifications

• Previous veterinary medicine experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Veterinary Technician License preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and above with assistance
