Hudson Road Animal Hospital is seeking a passionate and dynamic veterinarian to become part of our dedicated team! Located just 30 minutes from Minneapolis and 15 minutes from downtown St. Paul, our hospital offers the perfect blend of city access and community charm. As part of our team, you’ll have access to cutting-edge technology, including therapeutic laser, ultrasound, digital radiographs, and acupuncture. We are an AAHA-accredited practice with over 60 years of service in our community, committed to providing top-quality veterinary care.

We are looking for a veterinarian with 0-6 years of experience who is ready to hit the ground running! If you're eager to work in a supportive environment with advanced medical resources, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule:

25-35 hours per week - Scheduled hours.

1 surgery day per week (no appointments this day unless you open your schedule).

3-day weekends (Friday-Sunday) with every other weekend off

Holidays alternate to best of my scheduling ability. With 4 doctors, every 4th holiday roughly.

On call weekend per month on average. Sunday releases handled by the boarding team.

21 days PTO replenished at beginning of every year, no accumulation, negotiable. Sundays do not count towards PTO.

Compensation:

Base starting salary - 100k w/ production compensation above base salary depending on monthly gross revenues (all doctors are well above 100k).

Sign-on bonus as well $5000.
